Return and Refund Policy

At Stark NKD, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 consecutive days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags.
  3. Certain items, such as underwear are not eligible for return for hygiene or clearance purposes.

 

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact us at starknkdhelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address where you should send the items.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 consecutive days of receiving your returned items. (including holidays and weekends 
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items that arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at starknkdhelp@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at starknkdhelp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and supporting photos. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
